The Party of Itacaré brings Illusionize and Brisotti to Praia da Ribeira for the long weekend
The electronic music event produced by Grupo Toca took both artists to Praia da Ribeira and is part of the run of events leading up to summer in Itacaré.
Praia da Ribeira, in Itacaré, on Bahia's southern coast, hosted The Party of Itacaré over the October long weekend, an electronic music event featuring the artists Illusionize and Brisotti. It was produced by Grupo Toca.
What we know about the event
According to the Instagram post of October 17, the party brought both names to the Ribeira waterfront during the extended holiday. The same post presents the event as a boost to the town's events calendar as summer approaches.
The Doinha Prata website, in a piece dated October 15, also reports on The Party of Itacaré at Ribeira and describes it as a music event that livened up the long weekend. Band Bahia, in material published on October 13, said it covered the party and presented it as a night of electronic music with Brisotti and Illusionize.
A discrepancy in the date
The sources do not agree on every detail. Doinha Prata places the party on Saturday the 11th. But on the 2026 calendar, October 11 falls on a Sunday, and the Saturday of the long weekend was the 10th. The other sources speak only of the October long weekend, without specifying the day. The exact date should therefore be confirmed with the organizers.
Why it matters for Itacaré
Praia da Ribeira is in the urban area of Itacaré and regularly hosts leisure activities throughout the year. An electronic music party in October, over a long weekend, points to the run of events that comes before high season. For people who live in the town, the calendar warms up the local economy. For those thinking of visiting, it gives an idea of the kind of programming the town begins to offer in the following months.
The sources consulted do not state the size of the crowd, the performance times, ticket prices or the number of previous editions. This information does not appear in the excerpts available and is therefore not presented here.
