New Year's Eve 2027 in Itacaré: What's Already Confirmed
Two parties are already selling tickets, a third is in the works, and the public lineup comes out in December. Here is what's confirmed for the 2027 countdown in Itacaré.
Almost three months to go, but in Itacaré New Year's Eve is being decided right now. The town usually fills up in the last week of the year, and those who wait until December pick from whatever is left. As of early October, two private parties are already selling tickets for the 2027 countdown, a third is in the works, and the public lineup has not yet been announced. Here is a snapshot of what is confirmed, what is known by tradition and what remains open.
Praia da Concha: the classic countdown
The Réveillon Corais is the oldest in town, with more than thirty years on the sand of Praia da Concha. The 2027 edition takes place on December 31, from 23:00 to 05:00, with open bar, a pagode band, a dance band, a DJ and its own fireworks display over the sea. The first batch costs R$ 300 plus fee, and the wristband is also valid for the Pagodin on January 2. The lineup has not been announced.
Pontal: a week on the other side of the river
The Virada do Aruá takes over Praia do Pontal with an immersive format: four open bar parties between December 27 and January 2, two sunset sambas and a sports program during the day. Packages start at R$ 3.200, according to the ticketing platform, which lists slightly longer dates (December 26 to January 3) than the local agenda. Last New Year's Eve, the same Pontal hosted another event, "Nada é Igual", according to the Bahia Econômica website.
Resende Imperial: a poolside party
Grupo Aguilar Lima, owner of the Resende Imperial Hotel & Spa, maintains the page for the "Réveillon GAL", held by the hotel's pool, with tables chosen from a map, open bar and live music. As of the time of writing, the date, lineup and prices for the 2027 edition had not been published; reservations are made directly with the hotel.
The seafront party
The city government has not yet released the public lineup. The official calendar lists only "Réveillon de Itacaré – 12/31 and 01/01". By tradition, the free stage is set up on the Coroinha seafront; last New Year's Eve it ran for two nights, December 30 and 31, with acts such as La Fúria, Rasga Tanga and Edcity Fantasmão. The announcement usually comes out in December: in 2025, the first act was confirmed in the first half of the month.
Lodging: the bottleneck
For the 2026 countdown, the city government forecast 100% occupancy of hotel capacity, and a regional website estimated around 20,000 tourists. There is no official number for 2027, but past years suggest booking early.
