Itacaré package for April 2027 includes flights, transfers and a six-day itinerary

On 16 October 2026, Viajar Turismo published the schedule for its Pacote Itacaré 2027, a six-day, five-night group trip running from 14 to 19 April 2027. The itinerary brings together town and rural beaches, a cacao farm, Cachoeira do Tijuípe and a tour of the Maraú Peninsula and Camamu Bay.

What the package includes

According to the agency, the price covers round-trip flights with GOL, connecting in São Paulo, and five nights at Pousada Villa N'Kara, breakfast included. Also provided are transfers between Ilhéus airport and Itacaré, travel insurance and a guide from the company. Outbound flights leave Rio de Janeiro (Santos Dumont) on the morning of 14 April, and the return takes place on 19 April.

Lunches are not part of the package: on the days when the itinerary mentions them, they are optional.

Day-by-day itinerary

• 14/04: arrival at Ilhéus airport and transfer to Itacaré.
• 15/04: visit to Fazenda Villa Rosa, about 26 km from the pousada, with an explanation of cacao cultivation, the history of the fruit and the fungus that damaged regional production, a tasting of chocolate and cacao honey, and a stop at the restored manor house. In the afternoon, the town beaches of Resende, Tiririca and Costa, finishing at Praia da Ribeira.
• 16/04: the Circuito das 4 Praias, about 1h10 of walking in total, passing through Itacarezinho, Camboinha (no stop for swimming), Havaizinho and Engenhoca. Afterwards, a photo stop at Cachoeira do Tijuípe.
• 17/04: departure at 7:30 for Camamu, about 53 km away, a speedboat crossing to Barra Grande and a 4x4 ride to Praia de Taipu de Fora, where the group stays for about 4h30. The agency points out that the tour coincides with the full moon.
• 18/04: free day, to rest or book an optional tour.
• 19/04: transfer to Ilhéus and flight back to Rio de Janeiro.

Prices and payment

Per person, in a double or triple room, the package costs R$ 4,080.00 in a single payment or ten installments of R$ 440.00. In a single room, it is R$ 5,200.00 in a single payment or ten installments of R$ 570.00. Payment can be made by card or boleto; in the latter case, the installments must end by 10 April 2027.

For the 17 April tour, there is a local fee of R$ 45.00 per person for the speedboat transport, paid on site.

Agency caveats

Viajar Turismo itself states that prices, flight times and the schedule may change for operational or weather reasons, and recommends checking availability before booking.

Why it matters for Itacaré

The itinerary, put together by an operator from outside the region, shows how the destination is presented to long-distance travelers: rather than a single beach, a combination of coastline, cacao culture, trail and open sea in one week. The choice of April, after the Tiradentes holiday and outside the peak of summer, also suggests an interest in a quieter season in town.
